我们每年都参加你们fhglobal的旅游，是你们的老顾客了。这次参加的东欧游，导游王志勇是我们遇到的难得的一位称职尽职的好导游，他不仅具备了作为一名导游很全面的综合能力素质，很强的导游专业知识，介绍景点内容丰富，而且对工作认真负责，对乘客照顾关心，对乘客的提问也是有问必答，耐心细致，对突发事件也能从容应对，协调能力强。由于我和我女儿都晕车，在他的帮助下，在征得其他乘客的谅解下，特地安排我们坐在前面的位子，解决了我们的后顾之忧。同时他能调节气氛，慢长的旅途中，大家还互相交流，表演节目，唱唱歌，让我们感受到在这个团队中的温馨和快乐，他的工作得到全体乘客的认可。还有值得一提的是这次旅行中的实习导游钟小姐，也是尽心尽力，因为这次的乘客人比较多，有50人，她积极配合王导的工作，关心照顾每位乘客。在布达佩斯，地陪陈导风趣的讲解，也很不错，俄罗斯司机大哥人也很好，每次帮大家拿行李。总之这次旅游让我们感受到了宾至如归的感受，每次出来旅游，去不同的地方，看不同的风景，同时也希望能碰上一位好的导游，所以这次我们都觉得很幸运，也很开心，下次还会再参加你们的fhglobal游。

整个行程都很好。可能有个别客人刁难导游，我们为导游出具了书面签字证明。其他，住宿出乎意料地好，不错。这是第三次参加fhglobal的团，期待下一次再次参团旅游。谢谢林导，谢谢fhglobal。
